Epithalon (also known as Epitalon) is a synthetic derivative of Epithalamin and acts as a potential modulator of telomerase—the enzyme responsible for maintaining and protecting telomere caps at the ends of chromosomes (DNA strands). Research indicates that Epithalon can induce telomere elongation, which may help counteract the effects of aging.
